My Top 5 Healthy Food Blogs

For the past week, I’ve been plane hopping, pushing more than one painfully expensive suitcase filled with all of my life. My whole life means 23 t-shirts, 10 flip-flops and 2 pairs of shorts, because proper, well-fitting shorts are hard to find. That may have something to do with it. Or.

I’m going to introduce you to my top 5 healthy foods. I’m so excited to share these peeps with you because honestly, they (and their health blogs) are awesome.

Check out their websites, follow them on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and feel good about eating their fresh, healthy recipes! I’ll be sweating silly and eating leftover M&M’s in between fights in my suitcase affectionately named “The Big Kahuna”. But you’ll feel comfortable and healthy, which is really nice.
