Pepper slices

Friday
Whole wheat tortilla wrap with chicken, sliced peppers and lettuce

A small tub of stewed fruit
6 cherry tomatoes

Remember.
Use low-fat spreads, low-fat mayonnaise or dressings instead of full-fat choices
Provide smaller portions for smaller children
